Sizing is very important and it is based upon the wearer, not the baby. The sizing calculator below is a guide, not a guarantee, as people like to wear their pouch tighter or looser based upon personal preference.  

The sizing guide will provide you with one size. 

Choose:

• that size and smaller if you plan on losing a lot of baby weight or will share the pouch with someone smaller than you.
• that size and larger if you plan on wearing it over bulky clothes or will share the pouch with someone larger than you (i.e. your husband).

Order a smaller size if you are short, or prefer to wear your baby higher; order a larger size if you are tall, have a large bosom, or prefer to wear your baby lower.
